Hotel is OK if you are desperate. However, if given a choice, you should choose to go elsewhere. Rooms are outdated, the food is average. Staff are OK when you have to deal with them. Did find some decent pubs in the area.
We have stayed here a number if times, we have always found the staff on reception more than helpful and will go out there way to help us. It is an immaculate place....rooms are to a high standard and are very clean and nucely decorated. We had food also whilst here....the roast is 5* the cooking is also to a high standard and is not only tastey but also prepared beautiful. Both the restaurant and bar area are lovely. It is central there for perfect for city centre, liverpool and everton football grounds. Prices are reasonable. Id recommend staying here. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect.
I am disgusted with my visit, I have to many hotels but this one takes the biscuit. Curtains were dirty, bathroom items missing e.g. No plug, no cover seat. Shower handle cracked, glasses filthy, electrical problems. Radiator didn't work properly. Springs coming through the mattress. English breakfasts looking days old. Croissants stale! Everything needed a dam right good clean!! Customer service appalling, not comfortable to approach. Pictures nothing like the hotel on line. Would wish a full refund.
The hotel is nice me and 3 friends stayed in an apartment! It was nice, the staff were friendly and you can get an uber for £4 or less to the city centre, but the room needs a little improvement due to peeling wallpaper and old/ mismatched furniture. j do recommend if you're looking for a basic place to stay
the staff are lovely nothings too much trouble rooms are clean and tidy fresh towels everyday lovely food the resturant is brillant good price for food the staff will order you a taxi if you need one I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Just got back from a fantastic weekend at beech mount. What can I say absolutely first class service from start to finish. Richie paula Craig and pako were great hosts and the good was first class. Room was ample for what me and my girl needed. Thanks beech mount. I will be back soon.

Stayed here for one night with my wife on Saturday 16th September. We were moving my daughter into her Uni digs and needed a hotel room for the night, however the majority of hotel rooms in Liverpool were already booked (probably for the same reason) but this hotel had a few rooms still vacant......which should have alerted me to ask myself why at the time, but it didn't......hindsight is a wonderful thing. As we approached the hotel there was a gang of very well-tanned gentlemen standing at the entrance to the hotel, this again should have rang alarm bells, but didn't, not sure what I was thinking..... We entered the hotel and queued to see the receptionist, as we waited I could see 4 rooms off the reception hallway, each having different types of loud music coming from them and playing football matches on the TV screens inside, all courtesy of the hotel, by which I mean that the hotel were providing this entertainment. Again I didn't give that a second thought.....I must have been tired..... Eventually we spoke to the receptionist who told us that it was payment up front.........now at this point any normal person would have asked themselves why this is, but for whatever reason I didn't.......again hindsight is a wonderful thing..... She also advised that unlike every other hotel in the universe, there is no access to the hotel rooms through the hotel. We were directed back out the entrance, passed the drug dealers, down the car park to an entrance at the other end of the building, and that we were to use the left door (of two) as the right hand door swipe didn’t work. We got to the room, opened the door and had to turn our bodies to the side and side step into the room as there was not enough space between the wall and the bedside table to walk through normally. The room was just large enough to get a double bed into it. I could not walk around the bed as there was a chair blocking the route, this same chair was also stopping the wardrobe doors from opening. It turns out that when I moved the chair out of the way and opened the wardrobe doors, it was actually the bathroom, or rather shower room. I then had to put the chair halfway into this shower room in order to be able to walk around to the other side of the bed. Speaking of the shower, once I was in the shower there was not enough room to bend down properly, I had to open the shower doors in order to wash myself. The “famous” buffet had clearly been under the heat lamps all evening, so we decided to go into town – leaving this hotel this was the best part of staying here. The bar was dirty, the restaurant was basic and there were hardly any staff. For £212 I expected much better. I will definitely not be staying here again.
Stopped for a weekend in September staff very friendly quite happy to help rooms clean some of my friends stated some rooms were a little on the small side.Breakfast was plentyfull, taxi is about a 6 pound journey to centre of the city which is nothing if you have a cab full, all in all would go again
Booked two nights as attending a family wedding just 5 mins away. Room, was very small, dont think it should have been let as a double, every time we went to the bathroom the door hit the bed, thats great in the middle of the night. The walls in the room were dirty, as were the windows and the blind had holes in it. We didnt try to shut the curtains as they were missing a few hooks. No main light in room as that was hanging off the ceiling. Bathroom was ok, but the window frames in both rooms were just minging. Shower door fell off as I was in the shower, about 10 mins later, a maintenance man knocked on door to fix it, but husband was using bathroom as we were getting ready to go to wedding. Why let out a room that is known to need repair? Anyway he came back while we were out and balanced the shower door back on rail, no fix? Coffee and tea in the room when we arrived consisted of three sticks of coffee, one sugar and one capsule of milk! Our room was at front near the outside smoking area/ beer garden, din goes on till about 4ish. Hotel desperately needs updating and a real deep clean. Wouldnt stay again, theres much nicer places. As we were checking out, guy at reception just took our keycards and said Goodbye, never asked if everthing was ok or anything. Breakfast was nice though.
