The property was clean, but very small bedrooms. You had to climb over the bed in one room to get to the right-hand spot of the bed. We couldn't control the heat so we got very cold as the temps were in the low 30s. Host had set on a timer and complained about previous guests using too much heat. Host insisted on meeting and chatted with us too much; this is an invasion of privacy and stressful on a vacay. We've never had to meet the host at any stay that we've had; arrangements for key should be automated. There was no blow dryer which was very inconvenient. We wouldn't recommend this property moving forward. Also too far from city centre of Liverpool.

beautiful cosy apartment

We absolutely loved staying here. Kaveeta was great, gave us the keys and tour on arrival, showing us how everything worked, she was very responsive on text and great to know she was there if we had any questions. The apartment is in a perfect area, this was great for us as a family. We could take the little one out to New Brighton and was an easy drive for us all. We were all super cosy in there and had everything we needed. We come down to the area a lot so 100% will be staying again. Thank you for having us!!
