In our apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people. On 30 square meters you will find 2 single beds which you can put together according to your needs. A wardrobe, a dining table in front of the window overlooking the garden and a TV flat screen TV, a kitchenette with 2 Plattenceranfeld, Dunstesse, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A cloakroom is located in the entrance area. In the separate bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Children up to 3 years are free, children's equipment is not available. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. To smoke you have the opportunity on the terrace. We, family gardeners in Litzendorf / Schammelsdorf rent 2 apartments and one apartment. On our enclosed property there is a holiday apartment Tuscany for up to 4 persons, as well as a holiday apartment garden and an apartment for 2 persons each. In a quiet, sunny south / west facing position, each with its own terrace and separate entrance, 6 km east of Bamberg. According to the wishes of our guests smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Likewise, the bringing of pets is not allowed. For our guests free private parking and Wi-Fi are available.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
