The gameroom is ready for rainy-day tournaments or late-night fun, featuring both a pool table and a ping-pong table.

Step outside and you’ll understand why this spot is such a gem. The expansive deck offers wide-open views of the water, a grill for cookouts, and space to kick back and soak it all in. Down by the lake, the private dock (with about 7 feet of water depth at the end) is perfect for swimming, casting a line, or tying off your boat after a day of exploring.

For those traveling with extended family or just looking for a little more space, there’s even a separate efficiency apartment located in the garage — perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who wants a bit more privacy. This space includes (2) Queen Futons with a full size bathroom, kitchenette, and flat screen T.V.

A few more tid-bits...  :)

1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance, as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

5.  Security Cameras:  There are no cameras on site.
