Important to Know:

This rental is the private lower level of the owners` home and features its own private walk-out entrance with direct lake access. The entrance to the rental is located around the back (lakeside) of the property.

The owners are typically on-site during guests` stays but fully respect guests` privacy. The rental is a separate, self-contained space, allowing guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while having the convenience of the owners nearby should assistance be needed.

Guests are welcome to swim from the dock. The water is typically 4–6 feet deep. A swim tube, pool noodles, life jackets, and a safety rope are provided for guest use.

Parking:
Parking is located to the right of the driveway entrance. There are two guest parking spaces next to the home by the two-car garage, and an additional 2–3 spaces beside the driveway at the upper-level property entrance. The driveway is long and slopes downhill toward the house and waterfront. Please park only in the designated guest parking areas, which will be clearly marked with signs or parking markers upon arrival.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
