I wouldn't recommend staying here
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I stayed here with my husband and 2 children (5&7). The first day my 7 year old son (barely 50lb) went to get on the top bunk and the ladder snapped and he fell and hurt his wrist. I tried contacting the management company to address this and got the run around. I had to keep contacting them as they kept saying "a ticket has been put in" and "someone will follow up with you," but did not. The bed was no longer safe for my son to sleep in, so was asking for compensation/discount since the house was no longer able to accomodate the amount of people it claimed to sleep, but nobody was willing to grant this. I was told I could get reimbursed for an air mattress, but did not have the receipt as my husband threw out the bag and it was bought in cash and honestly did not have the energy to fight with the company any further considering we were here for a close family.member's funeral and were.emotionally drained. I also feel I should have been given some sort or compensation regardless considering the inconvenience of it all and poor quality of the sleeping arrangements. The toilet paper roll holder in the master bathroom was also broken and the water pressure in the bathrooms was poor and barely stayed warm. I was disgusted with how filthy the bed linens/pillows were once I stripped the beds on departure and can't believe my family slept on them all week. The grounds surrounding the building are dirty with trash all over. There is more..
