The home itself was very nice. The listing stated it was 4 1/2 bathrooms. There is only 3 bathrooms & 1 is located in the master bedroom upstairs. Property owner did not reply to several of our messages before the stay and during. Through VRBO, I requested a guest count change from 2, my mother and I, when we realized my son, daughter, son in law & grandson could now come with us, and there was no response. On Sunday I received a text asking how many people were there because the booking stated 2, so I explained I asked for a guest count change and got no response. I included a screenshot of the request and got no further messages. When we arrived, there was a car inside the carport & we couldn’t locate the keypad for entry. We attempted to call the property owner and the call was declined, so we left a message. He did text within a few minutes answering the questions that were asked in the voicemail. The property owners car was there the entire stay. Also, upon our arrival there Saturday for check in & there was quite a bit of trash in the carport, spilling out onto the ground. I messaged him Monday and inquired about it being picked up, and got no response. Most of the blinds are broken in the bedrooms, preventing you from opening any of them. There are cameras everywhere outside. Overall, the home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out…it is just not what we thought we were getting due to the incorrect listing and communication was absolutely terrible.
