GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the guest suite only. The host lives in the main home and is available via the Vrbo app if you need anything. We do our best to stay quiet in the evenings. Just note we do live on-site. You will have your own private entry and no shared indoor spaces.

FREE PARKING
Please park on the FAR RIGHT side of the driveway (facing the garage) or on the street. Do not park on the left side of the driveway, do not park in the garage, and please don’t block mailboxes or driveways.

SMART TVs
Living room and bedroom TVs are Roku Smart TVs. You can stream your favorite apps like Roku Live TV, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount+, YouTube, etc. using your own logins.

Secure Wi-Fi High Speed Internet is available throughout. Internet details will be provided before check-in.

GUEST SAFETY/CAMERAS
Your safety matters. For security, the property has exterior cameras (doorbell camera at the front entry, driveway/garage-facing camera, and exterior cameras facing the patio/fence line). Cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Cameras may record video/audio when motion is detected.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED FOR SHORT & LONG STAYS
Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer stay, we keep the suite clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. For longer stays, we provide a starter set of essentials (paper goods/toiletries). Guests replenish consumables as needed.

TEMPERATURE & COMFORT
The suite shares central HVAC with the main home, and the thermostat is not inside the suite. If you’d like it warmer or cooler, message us anytime and we’ll adjust promptly. The suite also includes ceiling fans plus portable fans/heaters for extra comfort.

Frisco Hills is a quiet, safe neighborhood just west of Frisco and minutes to everyday essentials, PGA Golf, and major business/medical hubs. Great for short stays and extended stays.

GETTING AROUND
A car is strongly recommended for the easiest commute to hospitals, corporate offices, shopping, and dining across Frisco/Prosper/Plano. Uber and Lyft are widely available. Little Elm is known for its lakefront and shoreline, with great outdoor recreation nearby.
