A pretty cocoon ideally located for unforgettable holidays close to the centre and the famous beaches of Contis and Cap de l'Homy and cycle paths.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom/kitchenette with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet, private sun terrace and free parking at the entrance to the estate.

Comfortable, bright and fully functional, you can enjoy the terrace all day long.
An unforgettable holiday just a few minutes from the shops, the beaches of Contis, Cap de l'Homy and the cycle paths!
