Located in the Lissendorf holiday home area, this 75 m² house welcomes up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, separated by a door and situated upstairs.



On the ground floor, you will find the bathroom, a hallway with a spacious wardrobe, a living area with a fireplace (please bring your own firewood), a conservatory, and an eat-in kitchen.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven with integrated air fryer, four-burner induction hob, dishwasher, and a fridge with a large freezer compartment. Cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pepper, salt, and all essentials are provided.



Amenities include underfloor heating in the living area, adjustable radiators in the bedrooms, and a dedicated workspace with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.



Further features: easy self check-in, shared toys and books for children and adults, plus a book exchange corner with German, Dutch, and English books.



Relax in your private, secluded garden or on the covered terrace (cold conservatory), which can be opened or closed with sliding doors at the front and side. Enjoy your own three-burner gas grill.



Beautiful views, excellent hiking and mountain bike trails through forests and open landscapes invite you to unwind. For entertainment, there is a shared table tennis table and two tennis courts within walking distance.



If arriving by train, the station is about 1.8 km away. A reserved communal parking space is 50 m from the house. One pet is welcome upon prior arrangement.
