Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay. Our dogs were made to feel welcome and the field along the track was a godsend. The hot tub was a great way to relax even when the weather was rough we enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. The information book was full of great suggestions and covered everything you needed to know about. The beds and furniture were super comfy. Great selection of DVD’s, games, books and maps. We can’t wait to return - Thankyou Elaine & George

Beautiful cottage, with everything you could wish for and more, there was nothing we wanted that was not already there. I could not recommend more highly, a definite 10/10 from me and my family. The owner was so thoughtful, lots of little extra's on arrival, even for our dog!

Fantastic converted barn with a real ‘home from home’ feel. The outside space was gorgeous, loved the hot tub and watching the birds and bees. So quiet and peaceful. Lovely close walks for the dog and games indoors were an added bonus that entertained even our teens! We had everything we needed and Lesley had left a very welcoming set of goodies on arrival. Would definitely stay again and only wish we’d booked a week instead of a few nights.

Lovely peaceful setting. Lesley was very welcoming and the wine, freshly baked scones homemade jam were a nice touch. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Access to an EV charger was a bonus too.Well recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Tamsin's Cottage. We really appreciated the personal touches, like the scones on arrival! Lesley was friendly and welcoming, but not overly intrusive. The fenced in yard was particularly helpful for our dog and toddler. Overall would highly recommend!

Der perfekte Ort zum relaxen

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem perfekten Cottage verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle wenn es nötig war. Sehr erfreut waren wir über das Willkommenspaket mit cornischen Leckereien. Dieses Objekt kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Lovely, relaxing stay

Stayed there with my husband and 2 dogs. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On arrival the welcome pack was really appreciated and a lovely touch. The property is really clean and there everything you could possibly need there for a relaxing break. The scenery is breathtaking and so much to do in just short car journeys. Would recommend if you want to escape and unwind and see the beautiful scenery of Cornwall. Look forward to going back.

Lovely stay in an idyllic location

We stayed in Tamsins cottage for a week in late April, we had an absolutely fantastic time. Lesley went out of her way to make our stay perfect, from a range of greeting treats, to meeting us upon our arrival. The cottage was lovely, clean, nicely decorated, and housed pretty much anything you could possibly need during your stay. We even managed a spot of baking whilst there. The hot tub is an extra touch which we all loved spending time in and watching the visiting birds and rolling hills in the distance. All in all we had a lovely stay in the cottage with our children of 4 and 9 years of age. We can’t thank Lesley enough for her hospitality.The Startin Family

Hidden gem

After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! There was even a lovely thoughtful welcome pack. Would highly recommend and the area is stunning too

Fantastic homely environment

The cottage has everything you need and provides a welcoming homely environment. We stayed with family we had not been with for many years visiting other family members and enjoying some of the many things Cornwall has to offer. Excellent base would stay again

A lovely, charming cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautifully situated, peaceful & quiet and the perfect location for exploring Devon abd Cornwall. The hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay extra special and hot tub was great.

The most fabulous break

What a glorious property with the greatest hosts. The cottage was excellently equipped and the welcome package was divine. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. It was great to be able to walk the dogs straight outside the cottage too. Lesley and James left loads of information on things to do in the area and the info on dog friendly beaches was really helpful. They were so helpful and lovely and we had a very relaxing stay 😀

Scenic peaceful cottage

Check in was easy, there was absolutely no road noise what so ever & we were left totally to our own devices throughout our stay, although the hosts were on handed if required. Welcome hamper was a nice touch.
