This property was great! We felt really safe (2 women traveling together) THE LOCATION was great so many restaurants in the area that are walkable :) coffee shops in the area!

Room smelled musty. Not pleasant. Good location next to the bullring but not many small cafes around.

There is a wrong habit of hotels trying to put guests in a low quality room, and after complaining they upgrade you to a normal room which you supposed to get right in the beginning. Same story was in this hotel. This is annoying. There is no electric kettle in the rooms. I asked for one and they supplied me with one which was out of order. But all in all I would recommend this property.

The room had a funny smell. It went away after I turned on the air conditioning or I got used to it, I'm not sure. Everything else is excellent. Good location, spacious room, cleanliness. Very helpful staff.

Rooms were clean, AC worked great during the stay, Wi-Fi connection dropped a few times. No problems with the shower. Staff was very friendly and breakfast price was very reasonable. Great location. Very close to Metro and not too far from the train Station. The taxi charges are between 10 to 14 euros to the Airport.

Everything went smoothly for me at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It's not in the center of town--about a 15 minute taxi ride away--but there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel, and the staff was always happy to hail a taxi for me, even at 5AM when I had to go to the airport (which was also 15 minutes or so by cab, costing less than ten Euros). The Culturgeist theatre complex is right across the street, and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. Great choice for a "nothing fancy, but very comfortable" hotel.

I would not rate this a three star hotel. - The staff was rude and dismissive of even simple questions - There is no free wi-fi, which really should be standard. But even with the charge, it was unusable. - the safe in my room had a daily charge to use. Basically, if you want a barebones hotel... this would be OK for a night or two. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, find someplace else.

For the price---this was a fine hotel...It was inexpensive and fifteen minutes from the airport. The bedroom was clean and tidy. My only complaints were that it was noisy--perhaps because my room faced the road, and the sliding door didn't seem to close airtight. The sound of the cars accelerating up the road its situated by was prominent as a result. (if you have earplugs you'll be fine!). Also I noticed there was a thin panel missing from the shower ceiling; a bit sketchy..but probably a fluke as its easy to miss. Breakfast is also included but I left to early to have feedback on that!
