Renovated and furnished apartment at a great price. The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace is cozy and quiet. Nevertheless, the apartment is very centrally located, near the bars, cafés and vintage shops of Largo do Intendente. The apartment is close to many of Lisbon's attractions and you can choose to go on foot. However, you also have access to an excellent transport network with the metro, buses and even the famous tram 28 just outside the door.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

El primer día tardaron 1h más de lo esperado en abrirnos el piso. La limpieza muy buena y la ubicación también. La casa muy bonita y bien cuidada. El último día no nos dejaron lugar para dejar las maletas hasta que pudiésemos marchar.

Great location.

The place I thought I was getting was different from what I got. I believed I was renting a 2 bed but what I got was a 1 bed with pull out couch. Just make sure it's very clear before you get there.

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber, mit einem schönen Holzdielenboden und einem Einbauschrank im Flur. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig, praktisch und schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf dem kleinen Balkon gibt es einen Tisch und Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm. Im Bad ist eine große Dusche. Kurz, eine schöne, bequeme, ausreichend große Wohnung für einen Lissabonaufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist günstig zur Metro gelegen, in der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, der Behälter für den Hausmüll steht unten im Flur, wird aber alle 2 Tage geleert.

Location perfect for us. We like to eat and drink, but also to walk it off during the day.

The property had everything we needed. Easy to walk to and from the local bars and restaurants, but also near to the metro for the longer journeys into the city during the day. Would recommend the property and Lisbon for a holiday.
