A comfortable and welcoming duplex apartment completely renovated on the 2nd floor of the building, which is also the last, with 2 bedrooms: a large one on the upper floor and a small one on the lower floor.
A small bathroom, small kitchen and dining room, small free gym in the condominium. Located in the Penha de França neighborhood in the center of Lisbon, a quiet neighborhood with all the local shops. Our apartment is unique for its location, the comfort and environmental concern, we have some reusable items available and ecological amenities. WITHOUT ELEVATOR YOU NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.
