Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Located 750 m from S. Sebastião Beach and near supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever the sum of these consumptions exceeds this value at the end of each month, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.40 in high season (May 1 to October 31) and €1.20 in low season (November 1 to April 30). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually updated by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
