We had a large room with a private sitting out area (although it was too cold to use while we were there). Karen and her staff were very helpful and accommodating. The guest house is very central, close to where Ubers can take you and several of the palaces are close by. There is an honesty system for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was OK but with freshly made pancakes and scrambled egg and the dining area was more corridor than room. Overall very good value.

We stayed in the basement suite and it was ENORMOUS! More space than we needed for 1 night, but it would be great for a longer stay or more people. The breakfast was wonderful and gave us the energy we needed to hike up to Palacio de Pena.
