My family was sitting in the car waiting for a response to get in the apartment. Then after getting then I get a message saying I’m out of the country. Here’s my friend’s number. If you have any problems there is no hot water. I messaged the friend with zero response for the two days. I was there message the owner back. He didn’t respond either.
