This was me and my boyfried first holiday together, decided to choose this hotel. Staff and recepcionist were friendly. Our room was lovely with sea view. BreAkfast was just great -so many choices. Definitely will be returning.

We like this hotel and returning here feels like our second home. Clean rooms with a balcony and lovely seaview. The staff is very friendly and great service. The beds are comfortable. Only the breakfast can be so much better, it is very simple and for many years still the same. The furniture in this restaurant must be replaced. The chairs are so heavy and too big. Make a big buffet on one side, better real Portuguese coffee and including pastel de nata. At the swimmingpool you must make better restrictions. No loud music from private speakers and if guests complain about it than do something about it.

This is my second visit - 10 years apart. The hotel is just as nice as I remember. All our rooms had balconies with a view of the boardwalk and ocean. The hotel staff was polite and courteous. It was nice to be able to walk on the boardwalk and stop for a glass of wine or a cappuccino. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel w apartments. Spacious rooms w kitchenette, fully equipped, nice bathroom. Really good beds (we slept like babies), good AC and a small balcony with table and chairs with views over the bay stretching between Cascais to Estoril and beyond. Good breakfast buffet, pool with sunbeds and free beach towels. Only negative was that people marked "their" sunbeds w their towels and then disappeared for hours so we could never use these facilities when getting back to the hotel in the afternoon unless it was cloudy. Close to the train station and the nice boardwalk. Pre-booked transfer from the airport and it took between 30-45 min

Despite very nice staff, the hotel really needs an urgent refurbishment. Rooms, restaurant and corridors are tired. Does not worth a 4 stars. Parking costs 15€/day and is very narrow and only have few parking spots. Breakfast is also so so, very simple and no variety, same food is served everyday.

Recently stayed 6 nights at the Estoril Eden, although the stay was satisfactory this hotel is at best 3 star. Firstly the best bits, a cracking location and if you get a sea view even better, that's pretty much it, now the not so good. Our room was very tired with air con that did not function very well, a bowel of fruit which looked a few days old when we arrived stayed in the room all week growing mould. After coming back to our room after breakfast at 9am to find it being cleaned the cleaner just carried on as we walked in, we had to ask her to leave in the end. The restaurant waiters appeared quite uninterested in ill fitting suits, the food was at best below average. I save the best for last though, I was in the toilet one day when a waiter came out of the cubical after a deposit only to swan past the wash basins back to work...nice. I'd summarise by saying the hotel does not offer value for money for the reasons above which is a shame as its a great spot in a nice location

Enjoyed a 7 day Holiday to the above Hotel in June 2017 The Hotel is set in between Estoril & Cascais. Although a very quiet spot on a hillside steep climb up & steps down under the busy main road (Lisbon to Cascais) to the railway station where you can get the train to Lisbon about 45 minutes & also to Cascais about 5 minutes. Taxis outside the Hotel were available (one way to Cascais about 3.75 Euros) There is a Bus service also but not recommended by the Hotel as it meanders all around the villages! Regular Buses from Estoril (about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel) available to Sintra about a 1 hour journey. We had a very nice room (416) overlooking the sea with nice views of Estoril Quite modern furniture with a 2 ring Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Pans, plates, cups & Saucers,Glasses, Kettle & a good Fridge. Safe in the room but a charge is made. Bathroom with shower & Bath & Toiletries & Towels changed each day Nice Outdoor & Indoor pool & jacuzzi, small Gym. Pool Bar was very good serving snacks & Salads . there is also a restaurant if needed Breakfast was the same each morning but it was adequate with juices, yogurts, fresh fruit , rolls & jam, porridge, Scrambled & Boiled eggs , beans, tomatoes mushrooms, bacon (very fatty) . But also cold meats & cheeses, coffee machine but also Tea bags & Nescafe coffee available along with various cereals. Opposite the hotel is a lovely little Park with a Bar serving snacks Ice creams coffees etc (closes about 7pm). Nearby there are 2 small supermarkets, a bakery. a Patisserie & a few restaurants & Bistros There is a lovely coastal walk either to Cascais or Estoril . Estoril is fairly quiet but Cascais is a busy little town with lots of Bars a couple of Pubs, individual shops & a huge Supermarket called Jumbo! Also a nice little Beach & Park It's well worth walking along the coast as there are lots of Bars, Ice cream parlours & plenty of seats to enjoy the views of the ocean We really enjoyed our visit to the Eden Hotel

I have been at the hotel in the first two of June 2017 and I loved it. The hotel is fine, although it can have a little update at some areas. The staff was absolutely great and helpful. The food (I used the buffet all 10 days) was good. Every day there was something different - and that is a great achievement for 10 days at a row - the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and paid a lot of attention. After a few days I did feel 'at home'. The pool outside and inside was fine and clean. Free towels, nice sun beds. We had just a fabuleus stay there. When I will be again in that area I sure will go back and I do recomment this hotel wholeheartedly.

We stayed here as part of a wider European trip, and this was our R&R section. To that end, the location was perfect. The hotel is perfectly situated between the towns of Estoril and Cascais; both are within a short walking distance along the promenade. The staff were excellent, all very courteous and couldn't do enough to help or answer any questions. The pool area is very clean and well-kept and the staff around the pool work tirelessly throughout the day to keep the facilities spotless. The room was very spacious and the bathroom, although it was a bit weird in terms of layout, was clean. We were a bit disappointed that the free fruit in our room had seen better days and gone mouldy, and that the cleaners left it there for the duration of our stay but this was a minor point. The hotel itself is quite sizeable and the facilities offered are probably too few and too small to accommodate the number of guests. The pool area fills up pretty quickly with a limited number of loungers so you have to get there pretty early on a good day to guarantee a spot. There are also only two lifts in the hotel which can only fit around 4/5 people at a squeeze. Given that the hotel has 14 floors, you can expect a lengthy wait at peak times. Similarly the breakfast restaurant was too small and gets extremely crowded every morning. Breakfast itself, however, was very good with a wide choice to suit all tastes. All in all I would stay here again; the good points of the hotel and the resort far outweighed the niggly negatives.

Booked in February with sea view. Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived we were upgraded to larger room on 14th floor with 2 balconies and a view to die for. Staff were pleasant and attentive especially at pool. Location is ideal right across from the Beach and 10 mins walk to Cascais along a lovely promenade. Breakfast a bit repetitive but lots of choice. Can't really find any fault.
