This delightful 120 m2 unit offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. Located steps away from the beach, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sand and surf.
The property is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and offers free parking on the street, making it easy for guests to come and go as they, please.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows through multiple streaming options, like Netflix, Apple Tv, and Max.

With four balconies, there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather and soak up the stunning views of the surrounding area and the nearby sea.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The apartment also has a dishwasher making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, and a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and two single ones, all fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
With air conditioning in every room, you can enjoy a cool and refreshing atmosphere throughout the entire apartment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Laid-back Parede is home to Avencas and Parede beaches, overlooked by fine-dining restaurants and terrace bars on the waterfront promenade. Homely pastry shops and seafood cafes centre around Avenida da República. The 19th-century Palacete de Alfredo César de Menezes Vasconcelos has mock-Gothic styling, and there are sunset views over the Atlantic from the graffitied ruins of RAC 2ª Bataria da Parede army barracks.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest station, Carcavelos, is just an 8-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
