This charming 54 m² apartment offers a warm and welcoming space for your stay in this beautiful city. Please note that it’s located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those carrying heavy luggage. This charming apartment blends rustic charm with modern touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lovely sitting area features a cozy sofa and a TV positioned in front for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook with ease, including modern appliances, ample counter space, and all essential cookware and utensils. Just beside it, the wooden dining table provides a comfortable spot to gather for meals, work, or casual conversation.

The bedroom provides a peaceful ambience, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua da Arrábida is in the heart of Lisbon's Alcântara neighbourhood, known for its creative energy and riverside charm. Just a short walk from LX Factory, one of the city's trendiest spots for food, art, and design, this area offers a vibrant mix of local culture and modern flair. Visitors can stroll along the river, explore nearby galleries and cafés, or catch the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge in the background.

Rua da Arrábida maintains a local and laid-back atmosphere despite its urban buzz. Well-connected by public transport, it's easy to reach Lisbon’s historic centre, Belém’s monuments, or the nightlife of Cais do Sodré. With a balance of convenience and authenticity, this area is ideal for travellers who want to experience the city’s creative side while enjoying the comforts of a residential setting.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Rato, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
