In the bedroom, you'll find a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a work desk ideal for remote workers.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Parede, is a small town located between Carcavelos and the Atlantic Ocean. It is full of attractions, from the Casino Estoril to Parque dos Poetas, Praia de São Pedro do Estoril, Beach Parede, Avencas beach, Parque Urbano do Penedo and Forte de São Julião da Barra. The Jardim da Quinta dos Sete Castelos is also a beautiful spot to explore and take in the area's natural beauty.

The town also has plenty of restaurants and bars, such as Eduardo das Conquilhas, Taverna do Rogério, Esplanada São Pedro do Estoril and Pizza Hut Parede (Ed. Britânia). Only 1.9 km from Carcavelos train station, the town is also easily accessible by train, with the Parede station just a 7-minute walk away.

Whether looking for a fun night out or a relaxing day exploring the beach and attractions, Parede has something for everyone to enjoy.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Parede (Cascais line), is just a 7-minutes walk.

There are plenty of bus stops nearby the property.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
