Fitted with a comfy sofa that can be turned into a single sofa-bed, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The bedroom contains a comfy double-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Chiado is one of the most historic and picturesque areas of Lisbon, and is a must-see for any tourist. The area is home to many attractions, including the Castelo de S. Jorge, the Santa Justa Lift, the Praça Luís de Camões, and the Arco da Rua Augusta. The Baixa-Chiado Metro Station is only a minute's walk from the apartment, making it the perfect place to start exploring the city.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Humberto Delgado Airport: 25 minutes by car
S. Jorge's Castle: 10 minutes by car or metro

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
