It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In one of Lisbon’s most dynamic and multicultural neighbourhoods, this area offers a vibrant mix of tradition and modern life. Colourful buildings, local grocery shops, trendy cafés, and street art line the streets, creating an atmosphere that feels both authentic and full of energy. It’s a great base for travellers who want to experience the everyday rhythm of Lisbon while still being close to the historic centre.

The surrounding area is known for its creative spirit, drawing artists, students, and locals from all backgrounds. You'll find everything from cosy brunch spots to international cuisine, with a strong sense of community present in the small businesses and cultural spaces. Well connected by public transport and just a short walk from landmarks like the Intendente square and Avenida Almirante Reis, this part of the city offers a truly local experience without losing touch with Lisbon’s iconic charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Intendente, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
