Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment with 80m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area has a warm ambience and features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the last one is furnished with bunk beds and a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area is home to attractions such as the Queluz National Palace, KidZania, and Panorâmico de Monsanto. For dining options, you can enjoy delicious meals at Mineiro da Brandoa and Maria Azeitona. With its central location, this property is the perfect base for exploring all that Amadora has to offer.

This property is conveniently situated near public transportation, with the Amadora Este station just a 9-minute walk away. The Amadora station is also close to the address, approximately 1.3 kilometres from the address.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
