We stayed two times at the unit.Both times there were issues - not fully clean, code to get in incorrect, Wifi code incorrect second time. Smart TV on non-English alphabet - so could not use it.AND - the description for distance to places is incorrect - Castle of São Jorge - 3 min walk - no way - 15 minutes up a mountain.Lisbon (LIS-Humberto Delgado) - 8 min drive - 15-30 minutes...I think that is filled in by VRBO not the host...but very misleading...the other sites we did not go to, so I can't say if the description was accurate. I did appreciate that the site was near a Metro stop...which was one of my main selection criteria.The description says twin bed - it has a queen and a hide-a-say sofa.I JUST CHECKED - I don't believe that is warned that it was on the 4th floor (Europe - 3rd floor) - steep steps - no elevator. We paid a young man to carry our bags up.HOWEVER - the description does not show that there is a very nice view of the castle through the kitchen window - a real plus! We did enjoy our visit - but the hassles were not welcome and added much stress. Thank you.
