I wanted to go celebrate my 61 birthday in Portugal. We saw this house and had visions of being in the pool sipping wine & champagne we got there on Sun the house was clean, very beautiful inside and out, but & was told the pool was going to be clean on Mon. The person came told my husband he will be back on Tues which is when I & called Maria telling her we slept late & wanted to know if the guy cleaned it no reply later I asked again she said he put chlorine in the pool and we can go in but said nothing about if it was clean also told her we were having a little trouble with the stove no reply. We were there for 5 nights and never went in the pool and that was the house selling point for us. There is no public transportation, cafes, Stores, spa's, supermarket within walking distance YOU NEED A CAR. I would have love to come back here but the lack of communication & things like the pool should have been clean before the guess arrive.

Bij de incheck ging het niet goed. De sleutel zou binnen liggen en de deur zou open zijn, wat moet het geval was. Wellicht heeft de eigenaar zich vergist met een andere accommodatie. Uiteindelijk kwam een dame uit het wijkje het huis klaar maken, dat deed ze vol overgave, maar echt helemaal fris was het niet te krijgen in 2 uurtjes Het huisjes was wat vochtig, wellicht door ouderdom en de buren hebben blaffende jankende honden. Onze vakantie is er zeker niet door verpest en we hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Het huis is heel ruim met 3 badkamertjes en veel slaapplekken. De tuin is erg ruim en het zwembad is ok. Zelfs een eigen oprit is aanwezig. Het is een karakteristieke woning met leuke stijlelementen en fraaie oude meubels
