It also has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and kitchen, American style, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is located in a condominium with swimming pool (opening date 1/5 and closing date 31/10) and garage. It also has internet (wifi) and an iron. It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax on all AL properties.
