This house is located in Ribamar, in an area where, without needing a car, you have access to various shops such as supermarket, pharmacy, grill and the best seafood restaurants in the area.

From the beaches, it is 1km from Praia dos Coxos, 1.3km from Praia de S. Lourenço and 2km from Praia de Ribeira d'ilhas.

From the centre of Ericeira, it is 5km (10 minutes by car).
