The Neighborhood:

Just outside the building, you will find cafes, restaurants, and a marketplace (150 mts) where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish, and meat. There’s also a grocery store, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Nearby, a great shopping area, gardens, and a church.

Parking is 2 minutes, and walking is 200 mts. Transfers and Tours are available.

Buses and subway at 2 minutes, 200 mts walking with direct line either to the airport (15 minutes) and downtown (7 minutes) to the Historical zone

Getting Around:

Regarding your reservation at Casa da Avenida, and in order to personally receive you at the apartment, please let me know your flight number and arrival times. There's also a possibility to enter by codes.

If you coming by car, and aproxímate arrival time. On the day you should confirm it when you about to start your travel and one hour before, confirm it, by calling +[hidden according to Airbnb content policy]To prepare the apartment, please advise your preference regarding doble/single beds and if you travelling with children.

To come from the airport you may take the subway, direct line to Alameda station, once there, exit towards the park, then come down the avenue 200 meters (right sidewalk) and you here!

If you prefer its possible to have a private transportation, to come all together, in confortable van, The driver meets you inside the terminal just outside customs, and bring you directly here. In case you want it, please let us know and w'll be pleased to reserve it for you. The price depends in the number of Guests.

If you prefer to come by taxi, it should cost around 15€ each.

It's always better to confirm the price with the driver before you enter, and tell you will need a receipt...
