The spacious ground-floor living room opens onto two additional rooms: one is a cozy bedroom, the other a small reading room that can also accommodate an extra mattress if needed. The main, larger bedroom is located in the converted attic, featuring a charming dormer window that leads out to a small private terrace. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. The newly renovated bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower is also on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen. On cooler days, you can light the modern fireplace and enjoy a cozy evening by the warming glow of the fire.

Located in a building with easy access, the villa is convenient to reach either on foot or by car. On arrival, free parking is available nearby, making it easy for those travelling by car.
