Our experience was mixed. The host agency was responsive via whatsapp and email when contacted but their primary communication was poor. First off, there is nothing on the VRBO website that says a third party will be contacting you to request payment or personal information. I had to verify with VRBO that it was legit and not a scam. Second, the woman who checked us in at the place ende dup being very problematic. She was initially friendly but she gave me poor information about parking that resulted in a parking ticket and then denied that she had said that and called me to fight about it on the phone. Also, she sent cleaners to the apartment the day after we arrived without telling me or the rental agency, so people entered the apartment while we were away without us knowing. The rental agency was appropriately responsive and apologetic but ultimately provided no recourse.

Great place in neighborhood

This flat is in a great residential neighborhood of Lisbon. We wanted to stay in a more residential location vs. in the heart of the city/tourist location to get a better sense of Lisbon, but wanted to be within walking distance to most major attraction. The patio is a great place to have your morning coffee before heading out on a long day of walking Lisbon's steep hills!

Eine tolle, großzügige Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Mit einer sehr großen Terrasse, auf der man den morgendlichen Kaffee genießen kann oder abends einen Sundowner. Ruhige Wohngegend. So ruhig, dass man nachts bei offenen Fenstern schlafen kann. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele nette Bars und Restaurants. In 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu den touristischen Hotspots. Reibungslose Übergabe der Wohnung. Mit einem großen Konvolut an Tipps fürs Ausgehen - Danke Marta! Kurzum: eine perfekte Unterkunft in Lissabon. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch der Stadt wollen wir wieder hier wohnen.
