This cosy 35m² studio in Lisbon is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The property is located on the ground floor.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable single sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The adjacent sleeping area features a plush queen bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights.

The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

The property is located in the historic Santos-o-Velho area of Estrela, one of Lisbon’s most charming neighbourhoods. Guests can enjoy a mix of history, culture, and local life right on their doorstep. Within walking distance, you will find the beautiful Santos-o-Velho Church and the Convento das Bernardas, now home to the Puppet Museum. Art enthusiasts can visit the National Museum of Ancient Art, located in the Palácio Alvor, just a short stroll away.

For those who enjoy green spaces, Jardim da Estrela is close by, offering leafy paths, a picturesque bandstand, and a relaxing atmosphere. Overlooking the gardens stands the stunning Basílica da Estrela, one of Lisbon’s most iconic landmarks.

The neighbourhood is also filled with cosy cafés and local restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Portuguese flavours. The Janelas Verdes Fountain, an elegant baroque feature beside the museum, adds to the unique charm of the area. With its pedestrian-friendly streets, vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere, and excellent connections to central Lisbon, this location is ideal for discovering the city at your own pace.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Cais do Sodré, is just an 18-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Santos, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
