The apartment was fully equipped everything you would need for cooking. It had a great location, right by the LX Factory with plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy access to the bus service.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is directly behind the LX Factory which made it convenient for meals and picking up transportation. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Finding the place was a little difficult and the outdoor entry looked a bit sketchy. It is right next to Monkey Brain cafe which shows up on the map- this detail would have been helpful at check-in. The host did have someone meet us to take us to the unit. The unit inside was very nice. The towels and pillows should be updated. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay.

Wonderful place, a home away from home, all done with a lot of style and classy details in addition to whimsical features here and there tha are fun to discover. Fully supplied with everything needed. Great location and very good communication with the host.

Lisbon apartment

Location was good but not close to central city. however good for accessing waterfront. Public transport easy to access - local bus station down the road. LX Factory next door is great for food and shopping.Parking "available" is a little tricky - there is no dedicated parking for the apartment. There is street parking in the area - we ended parking about 400m away. Take the warning about the stairs seriously. We had no issues with stairs but you will need a level of fitness if carrying heavy bags both to the apartment door and to the bedroom.Generally a good experience - comfortable apartment, good value for money.

A lovely safe area

We had a woderful time here. It is a nice safe area not far from Lisbon with many resturants and shoppig near by.the apt was very clean and quaint.

Good choice for a week in Lisbon

The property is located very near the LX Factory with lots of restaurants, shops, street art etc. It is very convenient by bus or streetcar to all the tourist spots in Lisbon and is a 10 minute walk to the Alcantara Mar train station that takes you to Cascais or Sintra speedily and cheaply. You need to be comfortable with stairs - both up to the unit itself and to the loft style bedroom above. The air conditioner is noisy but effective, there is a washer but no dryer, the shower has great water pressure and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There’s a large Lidl grocery store about a five minute walk away.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was so close to the tram and buses. It was more of a local neighbourhood feel, than it would have been closer to the centre. Having the LX Factory at the back was a bonus. Our host was very helpful and easy to contact. Just note the steps to the door and upstairs to the bedroom loft are steep and narrow and may not suit everyone.

Almost Great Stay

Our stay would have been great except for the fact that we did not know the check in process until after my wife and I arrived in Lisbon. Then we had to meet someone at the apartment to enter. Most STVRs have codes or lockboxes. Also, my wife and I are more than 80 years old and the steps to enter the apartment, with luggage, are brutal. Then there are more steps (which we were aware of) to the bedroom. Otherwise, great stay in convenient neighborhood.

Great intro to Lisbon

Everything went perfectly because the owners were absolutely amazing and provided everything needed. It was my best stay ever. I’m thankful and appreciative of the owners and their amazing home. I wish all rentals were this amazing.

Beautiful flat excellent location

We really enjoyed staying at the property which is right by the LX Factory, a great location for restaurants and bars. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly with suggestions on Lisbon. I would recommend this to anyone who’s visiting Lisbon for the first time.

Noël à Lisboa

Accueil parfait, l'appartement est idéal pour un couple avec toutes les commodités, proche de tout commerces et de lieux à visiter. A éviter pour une personne à mobilité réduite (escaliers). Petit bémol pour le bruit des avions, trains et tramway mais moins de bruit entre 0h et 8h. En tout cas, je recommande le choix de cet appartement.
