Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

AVOID

Arrived at the property, buzzed to get in finally someone answered the door. Hostal had no record of my booking & did not even have the type of room advertised. I don’t even think it was open for business. We booked double room with bathroom, we were shown a room with some bunk beds and a shared bathroom. We left and I am still waiting for Hotels.com to refund my booking
