Nice small town outside of Sintra

Had a really nice stay at this villa. It’s tucked away in a small town about 20 minutes outside of Sintra and offers a lot of privacy. The view of the ocean is stunning and the hosts are very responsive. Some wine and snacks were there already upon our arrival which was much appreciated after a long flight.The electricity in the house limits all of the heaters running at once but you can swap between the bedrooms and the common areas as needed. It worked for us, even with a 6 month old who needed a heated bedroom at all times.The kitchen is missing some common household items but it’s manageable. Don’t expect to find any basics here though (oil, salt, pepper… etc.). A good grocery is about 10 minutes away so you can grab what you need.Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great property in nice quiet location with beautiful view

Great simply appointed property, beautiful view and nice quiet surroundings - Perfect to get away into the Portuguese countryside. Hosting and check in/out process was excellently handled and all communication with the hosts was great. Would visit again!

Beautiful house in the countryside

This house is homey and spacious. It does not have a hot tub. The beds are good and the views are amazing. There is definitely an electrical problem that was addressed but not solved during our stay (3 weeks). You can not run the heating units/AC all together, you cannot run the dishwasher and washing machine together. The electric supply is not sufficient for the house. We worked around it and had a good stay but if you’re not handy probably you should stay elsewhere.

The home was beautiful. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Nice kitchen, beautiful patio overlooking the sea.
