A large, comfortable, two-story holiday home on a private, fenced property (for exclusive use by guests), with a free spa area: sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, cooling tub, and salt cave. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (TV, large table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are four separate bedrooms. The cottage includes a sauna, a relaxing salt cave, and adjacent cooling tub and jacuzzi. Fireplace heating (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture.
On the private property, there is a garden gazebo, a barbecue, and a fire pit. Secure parking is available. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, salt cave, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, parking, and fishing in a private pond.
The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duże (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
