28 km southwest of Joensuu, 0.5 km to Lake Pyhäselkä. Public swimming area (Pyhäselkä) 1 km away, private boat available.

Charming and cozy log villa built in 2010, featuring a combined kitchen/living room, two separate bedrooms each with beds for 2, and a low loft with 2 beds. The sauna is complemented by a shower cubicle, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the washroom/laundry room, along with a toilet and entrance hall. A spacious 58 m² terrace, partially glazed, offers a relaxing outdoor space. The gas grill and terrace furniture were updated in 2021. There is also a grill shelter. The villa is equipped with an air source heat pump.

A hot tub is available for rent from the owner. Price: €100 per booking (guests fill and heat it themselves), €150 per booking (owner fills and heats it ready), with an additional €50 per water change if needed. Please confirm availability in advance during the winter season.

Trotz kurzfristiger Anmietung und nachträglich Anfrage Wegen Bettzeugs hat alles super funktioniert. Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war etwas holprig da dieser nur Finnisch gesprochen hat.

Hyvin varustettu rauhallinen lomapaikka. Hyvät makuupaikat neljälle. Parvi on matala ja sinne on jyrkät portaat. Siellä on kuitenkin kolme sänkyä.
