Fancy an ocean getaway? We welcome you to Linxe, a small village on the Landes coast, just 12km from the beaches and 10km from Lake Vielle, for a comfortable stay with family or friends. This vacation rental features a private swimming pool (7m x 4m, 1.40m deep, secured by a roller shutter. Open from June to September, weather permitting), games (rackets, balls, badminton, and pétanque), and a fully enclosed 2250m² outdoor area with an electric gate, a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha grill. You'll be charmed by the cozy atmosphere of this old half-timbered Landes house, which has retained all its charm by combining retro decor elements with contemporary furniture. This detached cottage is all on one level. It comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with lounge (TV, Wi-Fi), a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master suite with one bedroom (one queen-size bed) and its private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet), two further bedrooms (one queen-size bed and four single beds), a second bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pantry. For your comfort, sheets, tea towels, and bath mats are provided, and utilities are included. Baby equipment can be requested: a crib, high chair, and a bathtub. To enjoy the pool: a wooden pergola, an outdoor toilet, and an outdoor solar shower. Gîte close to the stadium. We ask that you refrain from hosting parties or gatherings at the cottage. Rentals are only possible for a minimum of two consecutive weeks between June 28 and August 30, 2025.
