Want an ocean getaway? We welcome you to Linxe, a small village on the Landes coast, just 12km from the beaches and 10km from Lake Vielle for a comfortable stay with family or friends. This vacation rental has a private swimming pool (7m x4m, depth 1.40m, secured by a roller shutter. Open from June to September depending on the weather), games (rackets, balls, badminton and pétanque) and a field fully enclosed exterior of 2250m², electric gate, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. You will be seduced by the cozy atmosphere of this old half-timbered Landes house which has retained all its charm by mixing retro decorative elements and contemporary furniture. This independent gîte is on one level. It is composed : of an entrance, a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining area and open equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, "Nespresso" coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) and its private bathroom (Italian shower and toilet), 2 other bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 4 90 cm beds), a second bathroom, a separate toilet, of a cellar. For your comfort, sheets, tea towels and bath mats are provided and utilities are included. Baby equipment can be requested: bed, high chair and bathtub. To enjoy the swimming pool: wooden pergola, outdoor toilet and outdoor solar shower. Gîte near the stadium. We ask you not to organize parties or evenings in the gîte. Rentals are only possible for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks between June 28 and August 30, 2025.
