This charming property is perfect for a family beach getaway or a weekend filled with ice fishing and snowmobiling with friends. There is a heated, fish cleaning station in the garage. The property includes a seawall and a private ramp with beach/water access. Just 10 minutes north of Bay City, our place will help you experience everything the Tri-cities has to offer.

Very nice place to stay. The host was outstanding to deal with and accommodating for our fishing group. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy the stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.
