• A living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm), and a flat-screen TV
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, washing machine, and separate toilet
• A fully equipped kitchen on a large balcony overlooking the garden, equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker
