Apartment 'Parkside' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The modern, spacious, light-flooded apartment Parkside with 98sqm has 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the other with a comfortable sofa bed (slatted frame). The apartment has light oak parquet flooring. The living-dining area is very bright due to floor-to-ceiling large windows and you have a wonderful view of the park and a historic church. The brightly designed kitchen with a cooking island in front is fully equipped and directly adjoins the dining area, whose table offers space for 4 people. The living area is immediately adjacent and invites you to relax or watch TV with its large sofa. On the very large balcony with seating set, warm summer evenings can be enjoyed with a glass of wine. An elegant bathroom directly adjoining one of the two bedrooms has a floor-level shower, as well as toilet and sink. A second bathroom is brightly decorated and also features a floor-level shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms offer access to the second balcony. For shading and any privacy protection, the apartment has electric slat blinds.



A free outdoor parking space is available for 1 car. An underground parking space can be rented for a fee of 5 euros per day.

Beautiful appartment on walking distance of the old town

Great stay! The appartment is somewhat basic but complete. One bedroom fully equipped and it's own bathroom; the other bedroom basic with sofa that can be used as a bed. A second bathroom is available, also equipped with washing machine and dryer. The location is quite ok and very well situated to visit so many must-see's in the vincinity. Over all a very nice stay! Thank you!
