Property is fenced in with open access to large common driveway. There are several different complimentary coffee blends to choose from for the Keurig along a standard drip coffee maker, laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

Traveling with a Group, Large Service Vehicle or Trailer? We have spacious parking onsite. Additional rental homes available if you are traveling with others and need more space.

Nestled between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton and the retail district this property is a great Stop & Stay for whatever brings you to town. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants. There are multiple festivals through out the summer downtown including Alive After 5 concert series and the ever popular Apple Festival.

Just 25 minutes from Hickory and Gastonia, 40min from CLT International airport and 10min drive to Combine Academy.

Comfortably accommodates 4 adults but kids are welcome too. There is a folding portable crib for any little ones that may be traveling with you. A limited amount of toilet paper, toiletries and paper towels are supplied (enough for 2-4 days depending on guest count).

High Speed internet is included FREE and each of the TVs are Roku enabled where you can add any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV.

Don’t worry if you forgot your device charging pucks as there are integrated USB A & C charging outlets in both bedrooms, living room & kitchen.
