Located on a quiet street but close to a number of bars, eateries and The Brayford water front.
There is free Parking in our private carpark

There is an enclosed patio area for guests travelling with furry friends.
The space
As you enter the house, there is large, open plan living space with seating for six, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the top floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite toilet. On the lower ground there is a family bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which leads out to a secure, private patio area.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property. I wont be around in person however I have help managing the property by a professional co-host of Airbnb. My apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check in gives flexibility for late arrivals and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The apartment is in a great location and very spacious. It needed a good dust, the sofas were quite hard and need more glasses, there were only 2 wine glasses in an apartment that sleeps 6 and plastic champagne flutes was quite disappointing.

perfect location for getting into town very spacious house clean and light and beds very comfy if your following sat nav to arrive head for victoria street and find the car park on the right hand side half way up to access the house as no access by car otherwise - or ask the host for clear instructions which we failed to dothe microwave didn’t work and we found one of the sofa to have a broken leg but alerted the host to let them know and they said would get someone to check this out for ushopefully remedied for next staywould recommend this property to anyone coming to lincoln as perfect to walk up to see the cathedral and pretty views

Lovely place
We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. The place was in a great location and had just the right amount of room for my family. The only thing was the microwave did not work. Not a problem, normally, but we had purchased meals from M&S to heat up due to late arrival, which we had to throw out (heating in oven didn't work!) and run pick up a pizza!

Great place in the center of Lincoln
This is an ideal property for a group to visit the wonderful Lincoln. The property is both close to center but also quiet with easy parking.
