With three beautifully appointed bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable mountain getaway. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, offering plush bedding, ample storage, and large windows that invite the natural beauty of the surroundings indoors. The two main guest rooms each feature comfortable queen sized beds. The loft area features three twin beds, perfect for families with kids!

Prepare to be pampered in the two full luxurious bathrooms, where you can indulge in long, relaxing baths after a day of outdoor adventures. Elegant fixtures and modern amenities provide an oasis of comfort for our guests.

The open living room, leading into the kitchen makes it the perfect space for unwinding with family and friends. There is also a private porch overlooking the breathtaking views, featuring an outdoor table area and propane grill.

Guest Access:
Our guests are welcome to use the full access to the Village of Loon Swim and Tennis club. The facility has 2 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, hot tubs and sauna! A fully equipped weight room, 12 tennis courts and a game room for the kids. Check out the web page for The Village of Loon to see more photos and information about the amenities offered.

Host will provide key access to guests for entry to use the amenities.

The Neighborhood:
As part of the Loon Village Home Owners Association, this home allows guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges during the Winter months. The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The Airbnb also features a free shuttle service through Loon Mountain, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.

Other Things to Note:
- Please be advised that there are Ring security cameras installed and positioned on the front door area of the property, facing outside. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.

While we prioritize your privacy and comfort during your stay, we also aim to ensure a safe environment for everyone. The camera is in place solely to deter any potential security concerns and to provide a record in case of any unforeseen incidents related to the front entrance of the property.
