New construction business hotel in downtown within walking distance of all sights. Good air conditioning.Wall to wall carpet in hallways and rooms. There was a good buffet breakfast. All the staff were polite and courteous. The room, with a window to the side, gave a view of the cathedral to one side and a view of the marina to the other side. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel is very close to everything. We will stay again.

Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items. The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park.
