The good. Nice price, nice to have back yard fenced in, easy access to unit, and modern.Improvements needed. One of the beds was bunk bed (not noted), could have been a bit cleaner (pull out bed sheet dirty, coffee maker full of mold), and more kitchen supplies (no way to make ice and no dishwasher tabs). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this unit is HUGE upgrade from hotel. Also, owner very fast to reply to messages.
