Absolutely beautiful hotel, the 2 bedroom apartment was really lovely and excavate for money. Breakfast was wonderful, unfortunately it was quite noisy from outside (a Friday night) but the hotel was so nice I’d stay again regardless

The hotel is beautiful and decorated fantastically! All staff are extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating, which makes guests feel truly welcomed. Rooms are stunning and include a little tea-and-snack station, which I adored. The breakfast room was stunning, and the selection was fantastic: pastries, toast, bagels, cereals, fruits, snack bars, and my favourite, a yoghurt parfait. Will definitely be staying again!

Ask for a room facing the other way We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping not great, toilet not cleaned !!! We understand the hotel has been taken over, it needs money to be spent on it. Its in a great position for the castle and cathedral but its very tired
