Acceptable cleanliness and just a short walk to the city centre. We are not usually complainers but honestly, there was very poor communication and availability from the staff, an absolutely atrocious mattress on the bed, we barely slept; every little movement sounded like popcorn popping in a microwave and no staff in sight at checkout. A small communal kitchen, but out-of-date milk in the fridge. The shared bathroom allows no privacy as it is off the communal lounge. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

One night was fine.

The property is a terraced house located well for local amenities. The accessibility was clear and entry details was communicated well. The room was basic, no curtains for privacy, just a net curtain which allowed for a full view into the room from the street. No TV in the room but good WiFi. Shared living room with access to a TV, kettle, fridge, and shared bathroom. One night was enough and the owners added an extra cleaning fee not mentioned on Hotels.com without prior warning.
