The proprietor let us in early which was of great assistance. This included the parking permit. We walked to the Cathedral and Castle from the accommodation and did not have to worry about parking time limits etc.

Service given was excellent. We had a front room on a Saturday night. It was warm so window needed to be open as only ventilation. Big issue with drunken groups passing by which seemed to be all night long

Lovely B & B only 15 minutes walk from town. Modern, clean, spacious room and en suite. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast served quickly and hot. Would highly recommend. Quiet area. Parking permits available for all guests. Friendly hosts. Affordable high standard accomadation.

Good but not fabulous when it could be!

Lovely guest house a 20 mins or so walk from the castle. Parking permits provided which was great but cathedral pass no longer available despite being in website. I also didn't have access to the lounge shown in the pictures which was full of junk during my stay. My room was good, well furnished, warm and comfy bed and the shared bathroom was clean and well appointed. As I was the only person staying that night it might have been easier to upgrade me to an on suite though. Breakfast was ok. I went for the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs but what let it down was the toast. Really cheap white bread and spread rather than butter was provided which isn't what you want when you're away. Hostess was lovely though
