With a five-bedroom luxury home and a richly-appointed two-bedroom cottage, there's a beautiful spot for everyone to feel right at home. It's only a short walk from the front door to one of the best stretches of sand Lincoln City has to offer! Large spotlights at night make this an ideal place for late-night strolls or beach fire cookouts. Hunt for floats along the shore, fly a kite, or just wiggle your toes into the warm sand. On rainy days you have many options. With its world-class entertainment, such as concerts, fine dining, and gambling, Chinook Winds Casino is about a half-mile away. In this part of Lincoln City, you're also closer to Spirit Mountain Casino than in any other part of town. Make the 28-mile drive for even more gambling and dining fun. Boasting the largest factory outlet mall in the area, specialty shops, art galleries, and more, Lincoln City offers so much to do! You can bring your fishing poles and drive two and a half miles inland to Devil's Lake for great fishing. While there, you can also take advantage of water skiing and boating opportunities.

The larger home offers all the comforts you'd expect, with over 4,300 square feet of luxurious beach living. This lovely retreat has beautiful ocean views and spectacular sunset scenes from almost every window. It features stunning maple hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and designer touches throughout.

Inside, the large, open living room greets you with a comfortable, eye-catching interior. Butterscotch-hued walls with pops of white trim, large picture windows for ocean views, an oversized, sectional sleeper sofa, Oriental rugs, and framed artwork create a refined yet relaxing space. Perfect for hosting evenings for the whole group, there's plenty of room for everyone to come together and socialize - and a 50-inch DLP TV will make movie nights very popular! Designed by a gourmet cook, the kitchen opens towards the spacious dining room and living room area. With its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the chef in your group will have fun preparing meals here. During reunions or retreats, gather everyone around and have a casual cookie-baking class or teach the grandkids how to make the secret family recipe for clam chowder.

Upstairs, there is a great room for playing pool or a friendly game of Texas Hold 'em after dinner. Also ideal for relaxing out on the deck and enjoying the views, this great room features an eight-foot pool table professionally installed and leveled, an eight-person poker table, a gas fireplace, and a 32-inch LCD TV with all your favorite channels. Besides providing extra meal seating, the pub table is a great spot for the pool spectators in your group. A queen sofa bed just off the deck is ready for the best sunset viewing of the house! The upstairs great room also opens up to overlook the kitchen and dining room, so you're never far from what's happening down below.

The serene primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a beautiful marble shower with four body jets. A six-foot jetted tub with its own heater is also on hand for the ultimate relaxation. Throughout the house, each bedroom has a unique look and feel, and each is beautifully decorated with an eye toward soothing design. Conveniently, there are two washer/dryers.

The cottage is filled with comfortable leather furniture, shiny hardwood floors, a large stone fireplace with a gas log insert, and a plasma TV above the fireplace. With a living room boasting over 27 feet of windows looking out toward the beautiful Pacific Ocean, this cottage's panoramas rival the views in the larger home next door. The full, updated kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice in the door, a glass cooktop oven, a microwave, beautiful granite countertops, and a dishwasher. On evenings when the whole group isn't next door for a meal, the cottage is equipped to keep its inhabitants full of healthy, homemade meals. A large wraparound deck has a gas grill for even more outdoor meal options.

The cottage's main living area separates the two primary suites, each equipped with a pillowtop mattress, LCD TV with a built-in DVD player, and a private full bath. The main area has an ingenious queen bed built into the wall.

On pleasant evenings, your group can wander over to the firepit in the lot between the homes. Bring down some lawn chairs, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate bars for a s'mores dessert feast!

THINGS TO KNOW
The occupancy limit is the limit for guests present at the home at any time, not just overnight - so parties such as wedding receptions or graduation parties are not permitted here.
Please use the firepit responsibly and do not leave anyone under 21 alone there.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
